ONE 
Shine a light on and tell the stories of the women and girls from the region already working within motorsport, on and off track. Their stories, their experiences, in their words.
TWO 
Open up opportunities, mentorships and career pathways for women and girls from an Arabic background into the world of motorsport and automotive
THREE 
Open up opportunities and foster a supportive community for women and girls based in the region, to have access to educational programmes, on and off track experiences, internships, workshops and more.
FOUR 
Encourage companies from the region who are heavily funding the sport to put support back into their own people to help raise participation rates.
